Special thanks to digigamer who helped me making the offline code for the moon phase.

Shows:
- City's name, wind direction, current temp
- Current weather conditions
- Today weather condition with image
- High/Low temp
- Moon phase info/time
- Moonrise/Moonset time

Right click for:
- Update Weather
- Search City
- Change temp unit

Hi, I'm not sure if the moon phase is calculated for the southern hemisphere.
the image just needs to be flipped 180 deg.

What I did was to go to the phases image folder and rotated all images 180 degrees. (quick fix)
moon.Src = 'Phases\\' + hemisphere + age +'.png';
