Progress bar fill Right To Left. Without rotate it. How?

Because, when I rotate any object/progress bar, it's highlight effect goes to bottom side.

If you'll use a custom png you can flip the image before you use it. I don't know what kind of effect is, but if you use the Designer's effects you can play with the angles and give the opposite effect.. Take a look at the link though and check the script..
