Please guys could you pls help me with this?

I already made the 2 pngs animated with pic01-pic38 frames for each paper top and down.
I want to reproduce these:
1) When the bin is empty will show like this:

text2 with "%IsEmpty" code and the two pnganim hidden.

2) When the bin contains files will show like this:

text2 with "%IsEmpty" code, still the two pnganim hidden and appearing of the up paper image2

3) After right click clean trash function:

text2 hidden,image2 hidden and show/start the 2 pnganimations, with loop 1, will hide both after the end of their anim
and return to the initial status = screenshot 1

Any help???

Sorry, but couldn't really get it. Can you make an ani gif in GIMP to show what you want?

FOR THE STEP THREE:
Just imagine a real shredder. You put the paper on the top and the trash "eats" gradually the paper and moving down is cutting to pieces.

Edit:
One small thing qiancang. The "pnganimate1" (up paper) appears when the widget loads even when the RB is empty...
This should appears on the first run of the widget but only when the RB is full..
