As I told you check the Tutorial section. I wrote 3 kind of tutorial about the Hotspot function.
The procedure is the same. Only the position of the menus is different. I think it will be more easy to do it on a pc, but this is my personal opinion. You need to you understand how the things work as for every new thing.

Maybe you mean something about "Memo" XWidget widgets.
This function is not supported yet on Android. But for you can assign the note stock or any similar custom app using the hotspot
