The widget is extracted from the LG Optimus 2X.

Click on the arrows or use the mouse wheel to navigate through months.

Rigth click to Go Today.

How can I configure it with the holidays of my country?

Try this one:
I added an extra right click option to Edit the Holidays (are shown in red color)
