How to do color when day from sunrise to sunset?
Sunrise and sunset are variables parameters.

Can someone help me?

A quick thought is to use the "gradient" color at the component you use (roundline,pie)
Put a light yellow color for the start and a blue for the end.
Another idea is to create manually some images with various colors and assign the hours of the day, like I did here:

Now if you want something more complicated u will need script, so i can't help you in this part..
