I found a solution now, it works with a "NumbImage" but not with your psd file. As far as I understand volume control can show "0 - 100 % " or "%TenthVolume" i.e. steps of 10. Your example has 36 items, i.e. you can only get a volume range from 0 - 36 % or 100 % at the 10th item. Thus, you need 100 or 10 items to achieve 0 - 100 % volume. (If somebody knows another solution I would be curious to learn it. :) )
example with 10 items ↓ - mouse wheel up/down to change volume

That is good. But I wanted, to look exactly the same as in the PDS. Therefore it is necessary to add a circle progress bar in XWIdget. ;)

I've got another idea ... took an image with 4 items for every step of 10 (to get 100 % volume).
It looks this way ↓ - mouse wheel up/down to change volume
... I wonder if you will like it, because there are 40 items instead of 36 ;)
