Hello.
I found that, when you set your computer to sleep, after waking it up again, the widget would not update.
For me this had two effects I noticed:
- summer/winter time does not get updated (though the time continues to be displayed correctly, as in, the minutes and hours continued to count up)
- weather information is not updated (stuck on the same day it was when sleep was issued)

Is there an easy solution to this? Maybe Xwidget can catch a "wakeup" command by windows, and use a "Reload" with it?

Thank you for your insight.

I don't understand..Since the clock shows the right time means that the summer/winter time is ok!

The widgets "remember" the default configurations. So the weather updates every 30m. When the pc is on sleep is logical that all the programs are saved but not run. When you startup the windows the weather widget will update the weather on the next 30m. But this can be changed for the Weather Details/settings screen (right click)

At the end, if you want force re-load a widget, just click once on it and press F5. Works like the windows refresh.

It does not show the right time. It shows the time before the summer/winter change, so it is off by one hour - the system time of windows isn't, it gets updated automatically. And yes, the confusing part is, that the time keeps running in the widget, with the wrong time of before. Only after reloading the widget (F5) it was updated correctly.

See also above. The weather did not get updated after that anymore. It was stuck at the previous day's last state, and ran for hours. only after doing a widget reload (F5) everything was displayed correctly again.

i know, but i would like not to have to remember to reload every widget everytime i return from sleep. this should be able to be handled automatically.
