Where does xwidget store it's backed up files?

Post subject:  Where does xwidget store it's backed up files?
So I'm busy building a back up drive with all of my programs and their settings, and I
noticed that Xwidget has the option to back up my settings. But if I'm starting with a brand new formatted disk
I would want to have this available off of windows. Is there a way to back these settings up off disk
and if so, how would I be able to restore them if I started new again? I.E. where does Xwidget store these backups?

You can find all you want to back in My Documents->XWidget folder.
Personally I always backup the "Widgets" and "Themes" folders. This should be enough..

Thank you for your reply. I use a external hard drive for all of my stuff
and I simply forget about my documents. I found it. ;)
