The animation is. Well, an image that goes animated if the Icons are moving. and stopped when the icons stop moving.
I can't show it since that XPeria U isn't mine, it's my friend's.

when icons move s left to right or, right to left background move left to right or, right to left too.
feel like panning.
i may need large width image.

This app here used same type panning system.
