Small bug on Android 8.1.0

Post subject:  Small bug on Android 8.1.0
Compared to the Android 4.4.2 version, where XWidget worked perfectly, in the Android 8.1.0 version I noticed a small error.
When the weather is refreshing, in my case it is a picture of 40 available, just before the change of the image shows a previously known error with 1.jpg
It is a flash that should not be.
I do not know why this is happening.
Maybe when XWidget tries to refresh the weather and has a slight problem with connecting to the Accuweather server, it's just for a while 1.jpg
Can this be eliminated ???

EDIT: I will add that it is the same image, that is 1.jpg without the data type clock, temperature, location etc

This exists for a while as I notice from my phone.
It happens only during the updating of the weather.
We left the update process a bit behind because of the new sdk required from Google but I will discuss it with Tony to see if we can bypass this small "bug"

Yes, only when updating the weather. I hope you can fix it. It looks ugly. It should not be like this.

Sure. I'm continuing to testing all the parts.
I don't know why Tony is always so hasty to upload stuff on PS. The new versions are they still under testing and surely he should wait until the things work properly. :|
I know that time passed since the last update, but we have to provide working versions, not just updates with extra bugs. For me this early update was a bad move and I have told him. I don't know if it's possible at this point, but I will suggest to roll back to 1.94 data until all are fixed as they should.
I will continue to told to him later, reporting all the things that you told me, and trying to guide him to the right direction.
Unfortunately I don't have programming knowledge so I can only test and suggest things..

Tony found what happened. The new SDK requires the popup window during the installation to give the necessary permissions to allow app to run, local memory and location.
Without them the app closes. It's about OS security. He's working on
