I just bought a lifetime subscription of xwidget, but after registering I can't download any widget.
Any suggestions what is wrong?

It is upgraded to Pro as I wrote, I paid 19€. But I can't download as I mentioned. |

Hello xovox. First of all thank you very much for your support! Now.. 1) Be sure to have the latest version of the XWidget installed. Download it from here: http://xwidget.com/ 2) After purchase the pro version a key will be sended to the email registered. Please add the email and key using the "About" option from the XW's icon tray. Then restart the program and you will have the Pro version activated and full access to the online gallery (always through the "More Widgets..." from the icon tray) If you have any problem please let us know and Tony will check it.. |

I deinstalled it, downloaded the newest version ang registered it with email and key. Same, I can't download. "Sign up to Download" won't disapear. I need help!

I will talk to Tony about this to check your problem. PM: Have to tried to restart the program after you put your email and key? Clicking on 'About' the red msg 'upgrade to pro's has gone..? |
