Post subject:  [Suggestion] Taskbar like Samurize

Hi.
My suggestion is to create a taskbar like Samurize.
I'm leaving the Samurize because this bar does not work on windows x64.
As shown in the image below.

as a temporary solution,
you can:
1. create a small widget,
2. make it [Keep TopMost],
3. place it in the empty area of taskbar

but you should manage that empty area yourself,
because taskbar items can get behind your widget,

also you can create an empty area by creating an empty toolbar and size it as your widget,
in this case, it can still happens to tray-icons to get behind it,
but i don't think tray-icons change more often
