Post subject:  XWidget Debug Mode and error logging

I occasionally get the following error in the Event Viewer just after Xwidget crashes on start-up of my computer. This does not happen very often but I would like to investigate and document it for a possible bug fix.
Faulting application name: xwidget.exe, version: 1.8.8.1025, time stamp: 0x2a425e19
Faulting module name: xwidget.exe, version: 1.8.8.1025, time stamp: 0x2a425e19
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x000085b8

From what I have found out is that Exception code 0xc0000005 is an Access Violation.
Is there a way to capture debug logs (possibly also starting the executable in a debug mode) to find out what is causing this crash.

You need a debugger (such as Visual Studio) installed. You'll also need symbols for XWidget to start it in debug mode. However, there is nothing much you can do using debug as XWidget is CLOSED SOURCE
