Hi,

My actual results of a speed test today were 719.8 kB/s for Download and 120 kB/s for Upload.

I captured the speed test in a video clip here ► click
On the top you can see Chameleon Glass Gadgets (which seem to work fine) and on the bottom Mini Gauges (that don't display the speed correctly).

Can this be fixed in one of the upcoming updates, please?

Cov my friend..! :)
In general when we talk to percentage(%) we mean values that have ratio from 0-100.
That means percent. In the Designer:
HDD has % code (percentage of full HD)
CPU, RAM and SWAP ratio is 0-100 so works
NET and CPU Temp have %code but are actually VIRTUAL just because these stats have NOT max value the 100.

It will be great if Tony can find a solution but the ALL %codes in general work like this.
Are work ok with txt codes not for rotators...

Well, let's say someone has made a speed test and therefore knows his max speed for his internet connetion.
If the interface would enable the user to enter his max speed as a value and the widget then takes this value as 100% accordingly, it should display up- and download speed correctly. The same with CPU temperature for example. If we define 100 degrees as the max temp, then 1% could be 1 degrees. Different Story with CPU fan, but the user still should find out the max rpm of his fan and be able to enter the value into the widget. Let's take my CPU fan, it has 2800 rpm max. Once I define the 2800 as 100%, then every percent could represent 28 rpm.

This can work! Good idea man!!! 8-)
Let's hope that something similar can work for NET in-out adding ~values making a personal speedtest.

The net parser core is not virtual, there's a speed limit for every network adapter, say 100mbps or 1gbps. The 100% value is this limit. But thee should be the option to change this. And a way to change the network adapter also. Xwidget always attaches itself to my VirtualBox virtual adapter ignoring the original Ethernet. It also doesn't show throughput for usb modems (where data is very important...). This needs to be fixed. Currently i'm going for my own implementation of net parser core.
