I was requesting already the same.
In my opinion it's absolutely not acceptable to use an already translated Russian, Hungarian file as source.
First, they are obviously not complete or up-to-date (or what-ever), at least they differ a lot:
Hungarian: 1421 lines (after deleting all comments and empty lines)
Russian: 1511 lines (after deleting all comments and empty lines)
Chinese: 1793 lines (after deleting all comments and empty lines)
Second, it's very unprofessional to use a translation of a translation (of a translation) as source for another translation into nativ language!
But none (of the authors) seem to care (people willing to translate) - a pity!
