What's weird though is that
some data is being pulled down and displayed, so it's not a total breakdown in the connection (and it can't be a server failure since the Windows version is pulling the correct data down for the same location at the same time). So is it that the Android app somehow fails at accessing all the server data (ie, it gets stuck on most of it, but is able to pull/parse a small portion)?
Also, if you could flag/forward my feature request to the dev that would be awesome:

I would suggest that the backend code somehow check for the validity of the weather data, and not purge the old data until it believes the new data is complete, etc. I would rather still have yesterday's data (and least be able to see future days [as of yesterday]) than ending up with basically no usable data at all.
I understand that hiccups are going to happen with accessing the weather data (eg, the stock Samsung weather widget on my tablet went through a period where it would get stuck for
days!), but it would super-helpful if XWidget kept the previous data instead of replacing it with mostly-empty data.
Thanks!
