So let's say I have three widgets on the desktop, and I generally want them all to be on the bottom.

But I want one _more_ on the bottom than others. In other words one of the other widgets should always be able to partially cover it up even through they are all set to bottom most.

I'd like to set a widget to where it would be say Z-order:500 and thus any widget with a lower Z-order would draw above it and any with a higher Z order would draw below it.

Sort of like how layers in one widget can be above or below, but in this case it's one widget above or below another.

I don't understand very well what you want to do, but try to play with the default right click Window-Position setting
