Good day! I'm hoping I could get an assistance with regards to the Android mode/ support for XWidget. Is the Android version of Xwidget able to support/ show animated GIFs? If possible, is there a way to trigger the animation through an event (like facebook notification or when you touch the widget)? |

No the Android version doesn't support gifs, and I think that it will be like this, to avoid high memory and battery consumption.. |

Thanks! I was looking for a means to animate some frames (nothing too fancy), but I guess it's for the best to keep 'em static for now. |
