This is the working PC version of the "Vibe UI 3.0" widget, created from the scratch to fix all the errors,missing codes and fonts,misalignments.

Right click for:
- 12h/24h
- Time Zone Settings
- Update Weather
- Weather Info (or click on the weather icon)
- Change Location
- Change temp unit

FIXED THE BUG WITH THE CLOCK HANDS AFTER ZOOM OUT WIDGET.
