The Regulator Xwidget is a pretty Xwidget for your desktop. It is a simple multi-timezone clock. Functional and gorgeous at the same time. I based this Xwidget upon my original U Boat Xwidget clock.
CREDIT: The clock face was created by KJC66, all the other graphics, hands, surround, reflections are mine. KJC66 asked me to create the widget as he wanted a regulator clock of this style. I was happy to oblige.
