High quality dock with:
* 8 customizable shortcuts
* RecycleBin
* Possibility to Show/Hide the shortcuts titles
* Support for Drag-Drop

Right click for:
- Shortcut settings (on each shortcut)
- Open / Clean RB
- Show/Hide titles

Recycle Bin:
- Mouse over to Show the Items/Size
- Click on to directly Clean the RB
