This is my second working Xwidget just converted from a Yahoo Widget. It is my Steampunk Nixie Tube Widget.
Rather than do things the Xwidget way (binding the display of the numerals to a date and time core I have simply modified the code to work as closely as possible to the Yahoo widget version. Makes for easier to maintain code if I keep them all as close in content as possible. There are things the Xwidget engine doesn't seem to allow (dynamic creation of menus, forms, images on the fly in code) so there are differences but I minimise them where possible. Preferences are also something that seems to be more unwieldy to create but I am getting used to it.
So, without much ado, images of my next Xwidget (the code will be loaded here shortly when I have completed tinkering). It looks and operates more or less identically to the yahoo widget version.

The widget on its own.

The widget close up in more detail.

The widget in operation on my desktop, this is a mix of mostly Yahoo Widgets and three Xwidgets.
This is my second step in conversion from the Yahoo Widget ending to the Xwidget engine. So far the only thing I really miss is documentation!
