Hi flaviobh. Thank you for your report. This is the weather/update bug of the versions 1.8.8.xxx of XWidget. It seems that sometimes loses communication with the accuweather server. When you notice this, just restart XWidget from the icon tray (right click on it) and then all will work ok.
Today I checked for an update after your post, and I see that there is a new v1.9.0 where the Dev reports that the issue of the 0 temp is fixed..I have Win7 so I can't test it..
