amazing weather widget designed by qq416931658.

feature:
1. rotation animation.
2. blur animation.
3. wind direction indicator ：16 kinds of directions.
4. click weather icon to switch temperature and weather text.

Great qiancang but needs to be "converted" using accuweather and english and translated/modified in English...
Tested and not works properly...

Now it's ok! A little request though.. The design an especially the txts are too small.. Even on 1366x768 resolution its hard to read... :(

i think so,too.
but it looks a little ugly with bigger text.
