A simple stop watch with start, pause, resume and stop functions.
I encountered two problems that I could not solve:
a) the getMilliseconds() does not return the correct values. So I was not able to use this.
b) setting the timer to tick every 10 milliseconds was too quick a repeat time and was unreliable.
so I have made the stop watch accurate to 0.1 second only as 100 milliseconds for the timer seems to work fine.
