Special WEATHER/PHOTO ALBUM widget in 3D Tablet style.

Right click for:
- Select style (Weather or Photo Album)
- 12h/24h
- Time Zone Settings
- Update Weather
- Weather Info
- Change Location
- Change temp unit
- Album Settings
- Open Photo
- Open Folder
- Refresh Files

* Photo Album buttons: Next/Prev/Settings *
