The pc version has the extra option to modify the RGB values using the designer only. But since it's not available in the Android version as I saw (I will talk to the Dev to add this feature in the next version) , you can always change the ring colour using an external image editor program like GIMP.
The ring was created with 11 pngs, from 0 to 10.
Using your pc edit all these images and then using usb move and overwrite the default ones in the widget's folder. (bat is the name of the folder with the ring images if I remember well). The next time that will add the widget on screen will load the new images.
XWidget is great because you can change all the parts on a widget in mins.
Personally I use the Designer Android mode to make any changes because I can check them in real time on my phone's screen.
